Terri Williams is the former Mayor of Webster Groves. She has served as Executive Director of Webster Groves/Shrewsbury Area Chamber of Commerce, was appointed by two St. Louis County Executives and subsequently served as the Citizens and the Taxpayers Advocate. Terri has been a Senior Consultant and Trainer for LifeWork Systems since 2006. She is committed to promoting and educating people on transforming dynamics of power over to power within.
